My wife and I came in and we each got different great service. I got a clear gel coat manicure to strengthen my nails and she got a relaxing spa pedicure. Great way to spend an hour! The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and willing to share their expertise with a nail care novice like myself. The shop is clean, nicely lit, and pleasant smelling as well. Glad to have it in our community!

I have been seeing Jay regularly for about 7 months for dip powder manicures. She shapes them exactly how I like it. She is a very nice person and fun to talk to. She has also done some fancier nail art for my teenage daughter and they are so cute and last very long. She is one of my favorite nail technicians of all time.

My favorite place by far! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and their service is top-notch. I’ve done manicure, pedicure, acrylic, gel, nail art, head spa, I love it all! Super friendly, always willing to give advice, and they even serve drink drinks and snacks! I highly recommend!

Running behind on time, but they were so apologetic and kind for making me wait. Ellie did a very fast and great job, you can tell she knows what she is doing!! I’m coming back for head spa treatments next month. I will update this review to see how long my manicure lasts!

This was my first time visiting today! It seems they prefer appointments rather than walk ins, so I made an appointment for 12:45pm. I had a dip manicure and a shellac pedicure. Both technicians were so kind, gentle, and thorough. The total was $104 and I’m said I didn’t have more cash to provide a better tip. As with most nail places, they prefer cash and incentivize it, as there is a 4% charge on cards (this is standard, though 4% is a bit high and reflects the ownership and not the hospitable staff). Will be back! Would be 5/5 if they had a stamp program (ie: visit 5 times, get 30% off 6th)

Everything was great! My daughter and I went for manicures and pedicures and they went out of their way to seat us together and make sure we were comfortable. Jessie does an incredible job with Gel X and I return to her every time. Hana did our pedicures and she is very detailed and gives wonderful massages. My daughter had a photo of what she wanted her nail design to be like and Ellie did it exactly like the photo and even better according g to my daughter. We are both very happy and loyal customers to this spa.

It was my 8 year old daughter’s first time at the salon and everyone was very nice throughout the process. She got a gel manicure & I got a regular pedi and we both left very happy. We plan to return for our touch ups!

New customer, called for same day appointment and they got me in within 10 minutes. The salon is spacious, clean, and absolutely gorgeous, peaceful and inviting. Jenny did my dip manicure, and I kid you not, I’ve never experienced more care, skill, and attention to detail with a simple manicure. 100% recommend Herbal Nail Spa and will be visiting again soon. 😊 Make sure to check out all their services - they do more than nails!
