I had a wonderful experience at KVADRAT Room! The space was clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional—they really took their time to make sure my manicure and pedicure were perfect. The nail tech did not use a base coat before applying the polish. I tried to ask about the base coat, but we could not communicate well. After the polish was applied she fanned the toes to dry and started to get the cuticle oil. I had to ask her to stop and apply a top coat. I’ve never received a pedicure or manicure with no base or top coat. I’m not sure if she forgot or what. This was just regular polish. I don’t think it will last long without base/top coat. But she did apply the top coat after I asked. Otherwise, she did good job.

Anna did an amazing job with my nails. She is extremely professional and experienced. She made me feel very comfortable since this was my first experience with this type of manicure. I have been doing dip polish for two years and was looking for something a little thinner. Now my nails look natural, gorgeous and meticulous.

Valeria is incredibly talented meticulous, gentle and attentive. She always checks that I’m comfortable and never rushes. I had my nails done by her almost two months ago before traveling to the Philippines, and they grew longer than they have in over 10 years with zero chips! Her almond-shaped French manicure is pure perfection. She’s eager to learn, passionate about quality and truly outstanding. Milena is AMAZING. Perfectionist. I’ve never had an e-file manicure and now I’m hooked. It lasts, no chips at week three, can probably go four. Also love the personal attention and relaxing atmosphere of the salon. So glad MBB is in Des Plaines - thank you!

Regina is really nice and professional. The quality of my manicure and pedicure are top notch! I’ve gone to many places to get manicures and pedicures before, and I can tell this place uses great quality products for nails. It is durable and long lasting. Regina also does nail art and they are so accommodating. They are also very reasonably priced and don’t take long! My only regret is not finding them sooner and wishing I could spend more time there.

I got a gel manicure with Alina for my first visit at the Kravat Room. Alina was great and gave me perfect looking nails (and they were in a rough shape originally). I'm beyond pleased with the shape, the gel color, and the smooth cuticles! The salon is immaculate and although it was the most I've spent on gel nails, it was totally well worth it! Next time I have an scheduled event where my nails need to look their best, I will be sure to return to the Kravat Room. It truly was the BEST manicure I have ever had (and I have had many in my lifetime!). I highly recommend it!
