Jenny is amazing at waxing! She’s thorough, gentle, and makes the waxing experience less painful. She’s super sweet and conversational, which are pluses. In Ann Arbor, I would only trust her with my wax!

I've been looking for a great regular manicure since I moved to A2 from NY this summer. This is the best I've had! ( tried 3 other places) Great shape, smooth and even polish application, and no one pushed me to do gel or dip instead. I'll be back!

Gel removal was a little rough, final polish a bit sloppy (some nails have rough edges, clear polish went past cuticles or nail edges on some). But she was friendly and did check in with me multiple times to make sure I liked my nail length and shape.

Manicure with Una was amazing, best attention to detail and polish application I’ve had in a long time. Unfortunately pedicure (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch the provider’s name) was disappointing - she was rough with the tools and took an incredibly long time with the polish, including making and then having to fix mistakes multiple times :( it looks okay in the end but took over an hour.

This was my first time working with Ava, and she was a delight! So warm and welcoming, and always checked in with me regarding my comfort, the shape of my nails, how many layers of polish I wanted, etc. She really put a lot of care into my nails, and it shows in the final result! I'm a generally awkward person when it comes to small talk, but I also get a little anxious when a nail artist doesn't prompt any conversation. Ava really hit the sweet spot of asking conversational questions while also being comfortable with spells of quiet during our session. I highly recommend her!

Absolutely flawless nails. I have been getting my nails done frequently for years. Dami did an amazing job on my pedicure. She was attentive and the massage was lovely. Phoebe did my manicure and it was truly perfect. My nails have been filed to the perfect length and shape, and the actual paint was flawless. Not many people can do nails like this! Highly recommend.

Hadn’t had my nails done in a while and they were in bad shape. My nail specialist did a fantastic job on both my manicure and pedicure. She also helped me pick out the color I was looking for. She nailed it! I highly recommend this place!

Ava is wonderful! She helped me pick out colors my last 2 visits & I have loved them both. I like the dip nails, because mine are so thin and split easily. After the salons open again after Covid, my mom took me to her salon for a treat. The dip polish I received there didn’t last 5 days before cracking, lifting, and chipping. I had never experienced that with a dip before. I was able to get an appointment with Ava at BeeQ quickly to remove that failed set. Her dip manicure lasted 4.5 weeks without lifting or chipping. I hope to start scheduling with her regularly about every 3 weeks. Thanks!

I brought my mom in for a pedicure and manicure. She has dementia and doesn't get this kind of care often enough. Taylor took such great care with her. I did not catch the name of the nail tech who did her hands or the sweet guy who did her waxing but all of them were just so kind to her and did such a wonderful job. She had a wonderful experience and left feeling so pampered. Definitely a five star experience!

Hands down the BEST lash experience at M1! Sonca is a master at what she does. My lashes look and feel amazing, perfect blend of natural, fullness and length. Attention to detail was TOP TIER. I will be back time and time again. If you’re on or around Ann Arbor, this is your go-to spot! 10/10!

My husband got a head message; I got a lash lift and tint. We both came away so pleased with the service provided. I never had a lash lift and tint before, and was happily surprised with the results. The salon is a calming atmosphere in the center of Ann Arbor. I would definitely recommend this place.
