Ruki is hands down the best nail tech in the area! Every appointment with her is an absolute treat—she’s incredibly skilled, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails look flawless. Emma was brilliant, she really put me at ease as I was a bit nervous, after having not a great experience at a previous salon. She was interested in what design I wanted and was happy to help achieve this. She helped me make a final decision on the design and gave me some great ideas for next time. I'm really looking forward to what she will do for Christmas nails with the magnetic polish.

I had my first pedicure at Ellie’s today with Sammy. I was greeted by all the staff and invited to select a colour from a huge range. I was shown to a very comfortable seat and asked if I would like the massage function on….well who wouldn’t?!! Sammy was friendly and professional throughout the appointment and the treatment was truly relaxing and pampering including nail work, file, a scrub and soak then a lovely massage with a moisturiser. I left with beautiful looking and feeling feet, and made my next appointment before I left!!

I had fantastic service in your salon yesterday. I was made to feel very welcome and the lady really took her time with me and offered to do extra things that I had not booked to enhance my experience. I will highly recommend them to friends and family and I will definitely be returning.

I love the experience of coming to see Ruki, she is so kind and friendly. Her salon is beautiful and clean. She does the best biab manicures and pedicures I have ever had. I look forward to seeing her every 2 weeks because she is so hospitable and creates a fully relaxing experience.

I’ve had both a facial and manicure with Kaleigh and both visits were wonderful! Such a relaxing atmosphere, Kaleigh does a brilliant job of making you feel at ease whilst delivering a great service. I’ve already got my next appointment booked and looking forward to returning.

Had a wonderful consultation with Sophie. She is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. I feel very lucky to have found Sophie and her team.
