Would not recommend anywhere but pamper and polish. If they do not have space then I'd rather go without having them done. 5* service every time.

All the ladies in the Spa are wonderful, Amy, Zoe and Trish are my angels. The only negative point is the hedge along the Ramsgate road which needs regular cutting back, I’m surprised no one hasn’t had their face cut as there are sharp twigs, I have reported this to reception but so far nothing has been done

Sian has been doing both mine and my daughter’s hair for around 7 years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. I first went to her after a bad experience elsewhere left my hair in a terrible state—she completely fixed it and I’ve been happy ever since. She’s incredibly hardworking, reliable, and always takes the time to make sure everything is just right. You can tell she really cares about her clients and the results she delivers. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their hair.

Was great with my daughter and even let my toddler have a bit of nail Polish as he was feeling left out. Great service.

My first visit to Nia at NML and it won't be my last! After discussing what I hoped for, Nia advised me regarding the best nail treatment. Her wealth of knowledge and intuition meant the colour selection for both the nail base and nail art were spot on. Understanding my nail shape meant the tips mirrored by natural nail growth and suit my hand. We chatted away and my nails were done in what felt like no time at all.

Fabulous salon ! I had a wonderful professional manicure ! Colbie is a friendly lovely young lady...it's a treat to have her do my manicures and pedicures 🌹

Jess has made my poor bitten nails look lovely! She did say it’s a work in progress but they’re 100% better than they were before ❤️

Had a great experience with Sophie . She did a great job on my hair and I am thrilled with the results . Sophie takes her time to make sure she achieves exactly what you want . She is so friendly and puts you at ease . I wouldn’t hesitate to book again with Sophie .
