Alyah was very professional and absolutely did herself proud! These are one of the best set of nails 💅 I've ever had. She really concentrated and I could just tell that she wanted to make them 💯 perfect, every step of the way! Absolute perfection! I usually go for HD brows but I went for the Permanent Brow treatment and I could not be happier with the results! Charlotte honestly does work miricales! She takes her time and really does have the natural knack for attention to detail. I have come out feeling like a new woman! I honestly would not trust anyone else! Today was my first time going to the skin Beauty ( Basement Hair Margate ) I was Greeting it at the door by one of the staff i can't remember her name but she make me feel welcome didn't get to do what I wanted and that was Classic lashes extension but I did get my eyebrow wax I must say the Environment so friendly and I will going back thank to the staff that explain everything to me

She is great and professional, but I have been coming for years, and the previous beautician running late, which you would think shouldn't be an issue as more than 1 room. But , only 1 wax pot! Also in that room for at least 2 years light on wall STILL not repaired, to check brows in as light in room not great. It is a bit poor for this establishment And waxing is not cheap, so please sort this out as lets it down although staff great
