My experience of visiting Less is More beauty & holistics for a treatment service was lovely. Louise provided high quality customer service in a stress free calming environment in a quiet location outside Caerphilly town centre. Louise was very polite and pleasant and put me at ease during the treatment session. The result was fab, great, and the cost was a extremely reasonable, excellent ! A lovely luxury manicure with Kara, which I’d booked as a treat for my elderly mum Margaret. So convenient and Kara put her at ease immediately , Margaret enjoyed it so much she booked again straight away! Thank you Kara , see you again soon!

Louise is an amazing beauty therapist who I can’t recommend enough. She’s incredibly skilled and always helps me choose the perfect nail colour. She really knows me and even plans ahead for my future beauty needs. She’s also such a great listener—I often offload during appointments and leave feeling so much lighter. Louise genuinely cares and always makes me feel like a valued client. I couldn’t look this good without her!
