Zita I so lovely. She fixed my nails after a nail place in Walmart Capilano, Edmonton ruined them. I’ve been going to beauty Hour since it was Beauty nails from the early days Dian started the shop. I try different places and I always come back.

I cannot say enough good things about every aspect of my experience here from the moment we entered the salon until we left. Exceeded our expectations and every staff we interacted with were kind, courteous, friendly and professional. Dream team for sure. We drove from Sw Edmonton and I will drive as many times to get my nails done here because if the 5 star experience. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for the royal treatment.

It’s worth driving from West Edmonton to this salon. Excellent customer service, friendly staff & I love the detail that CeCe puts into the nail designs. My mother & sister who also had appointments with me we’re equally pleased.

Good experience overall! Very clean, cute place and nice atmosphere. They got the design I wanted - unfortunately the technician was rough with the file near the end, leading to bleeding on the cuticle of my nails.

Minh is the best nail tech ever! I have never felt more comfortable and spoiled than I do with him, he takes his time and really listens to what his clients want. He ensure each part of the service is perfect, starting from building the structure to then recreating inspo pics for designs and shape. I cannot recommend him enough! If you are going to get your nails done go to Minh!

This was my first time at Beauty hour and booked online the night before with Chloe. She was ready when I walked in and was quick and efficient. I had a spa pedicure and the massage was great and relaxing. It could have been a bit deeper as my muscles were sore but was still wonderful. I also loved my manicure. I didn't want anything fancy but they were exactly what I wanted. My only other recommendation might be to have the option for a manicure to have a little bit of a hand massage as well. We'll definitely be back!!

The Nail Room is amazing! The space is decorated in soft neutral tones which gives you a spa like experience the moment you step in. The reception was warm and welcoming and Ashley did an excellent job with my manicure, my nails looks great! Would highly recommend booking with the Nail Room.

Zita is the best! 5 Star Pedicure every visit! Relaxing and soothing care for your feet. Took the winter off from polish but she put on my favorite red for spring! Callouses GONE! and the pricing at Beauty Hour is great too!

Tina is amazing! She is super gentle and made me feel very comfortable with the entire experience and if there was anything I wanted changed (there wasn’t). Some blemishes set in the gel on a few nails, knicked my cuticle with the drill file once, seems to happen almost every manicure.

Everything was so wonderful! It’s a gorgeous space, and my manicure and pedicure was exactly what I wanted. The perfect self care treat!

I went in for a BIAB manicure as my collagen is low - so my nails are very thin with ridges and have been breaking non stop. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Tony did an absolutely amazing job. My nails are smooth and no more ridges - I am enjoying looking at my nails again. I’m actually looking forward to seeing how they grow and hold up until my next appointment in about 5 weeks.

Tony at The Nail Room absolutely nailed it again! The attention to detail, precision, and creativity never disappoint. I went with a bold pink and delicate floral design, and the result is flawless—clean lines, perfect shape, and long-lasting finish. The atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing, and Tony truly takes pride in his work. Highly recommend if you want quality nails that stand out! 💅

Beautiful place! Everything was very clean and my appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. The nail tech, Yuliia, had such an incredible eye for detail, my nails turned out perfect. It was also my first time getting a dry manicure, and I don’t think I could ever go back. Highly recommend!
