I cannot say enough good things about every aspect of my experience here from the moment we entered the salon until we left. Exceeded our expectations and every staff we interacted with were kind, courteous, friendly and professional. Dream team for sure. We drove from Sw Edmonton and I will drive as many times to get my nails done here because if the 5 star experience. Definitely recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for the royal treatment.

It’s worth driving from West Edmonton to this salon. Excellent customer service, friendly staff & I love the detail that CeCe puts into the nail designs. My mother & sister who also had appointments with me we’re equally pleased.

Wendy is great such a warm and friendly person. Lashes are great. Only small thing I would suggest is to spiff up the service room looks a bit messy and could be a bit cleaner

I went in for a full face wax and was completely blown away! Not only was it a completely affordable price, but they LITERALLY did my entire face and not just spot wax which is the service I’m used to getting. CiCi (I hope I spelt that right) is highly recommended! My eyebrows look fantastic!

I love getting my eyelashes done by Heather! I always get compliments on how pretty my lashes look and my retention is amazing! She’s also the sweetest person and her home and lash room are so welcoming and cozy. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

I’ve had a few volume fills with Heather now, and more appointments pre-booked. It’s been a great experience! She’s very welcoming, kind and easy to talk to. Her space is clean, organized, fresh and cozy. I love that she asks what I like and don’t like and is always exceeding expectations with her talents when I ask her to try something more custom. I highly recommend Heather Lashes.

I went to Roop for both the initial micro shading (groupon) and touch up session. Roop was patient and attentive in mapping out the brows, and also checked with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the shape and colour. I was charged extra to get micro blading in the front of my brows but it wasn’t communicated to me that I would have to pay extra during our initial session. By the time of my touch up, the micro blading had already faded but Roop was able to redo them without me paying extra. Overall, I am very pleased and happy with the results.
