Alayna was great. When I left I booked a future appointment and received a text saying I had to give a credit card on file to confirm my future appointments. Why? I have never missed an appointment and am not comfortable giving my card without a good reason.

I came in with my hair in terrible shape and honestly wasn’t expecting much—but Em completely turned things around! My hair hasn’t looked or felt this good in ages. I’m beyond thrilled—thank you so much!
