Envy was very good ....my feet were cold as the air con was really cold...they should have been covered and when the little facial machine started on my face I should have been alerted. Enly just needs to slow everything down a tad. All in all it was a beautiful relaxing experience..I think I was snoring. My head massage was wonderful a
