Katya was so detail oriented and efficient with her flawless nail application! She re did the chrome on a couple of my short toenails twice to make sure there were absolutely no imperfections in it without me even asking her to. Absolutely flawless application, cannot recommend enough! 11 out of 10!

I had a really nice experience overall. The owner and the hairdresser were both incredibly kind and accommodating. They created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out! They did a beautiful job. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the makeup wasn’t quite what I asked for. I requested a very natural look, but it ended up being much heavier than I wanted and I had to redo it. That said, their kindness and the positive energy in the salon really stood out, and I truly appreciated how welcoming they were.

Mylissa helped do wedding hair and makeup for my bridal party and me. She was awesome from the start. We did a trial together and talked through the logistics of the day. She is very laid back and chill which helped me to relax a little bit during the stresses of wedding planning. She helped turned my vision into the perfect wedding look. Simone’s Nail Lounge is a hidden gem, and Fabi is absolutely incredible! She was so thorough and gentle, taking her time with both my manicure and pedicure to make sure everything looked perfect. The highlight was definitely the lemongrass treatment—it was amazingly soothing, and the smell was amazing. I never felt rushed, and the entire experience was so relaxing. I’ve been getting blowouts for many years, have long and thick hair - Sam is the absolute best! I travel often for work, into humid climates, and my hair usually lasts the duration of the several day meeting. Sam understands when to make the hair smooth for travel days and more fancy if I’m getting a blowout for a party! He also has a wonderful personality, and is very accommodating. I can’t recommend him enough- both my mom and daughter use Sam for haircuts and blowouts, always perfection!

It is always a pleasure to visit Simone's! I had a pedicure with Alex today and she was wonderful. The staff always takes special care with me as I walk with a cane and need help going up and down the stairs and help putting on my coat. Just love the special attention given to me. I have been going to Simone's since it opened. I highly recommend it!!

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.
