Had a wonderful first time visit to Loft Beauty and was treated my Holly to a luxury pedicure then Land of Maybe treatment. To say I floated out would be an understatement. From the welcome to the final touch of a lovely brew and slice of cake, it was a completely wonderful experience. Holly was very knowledgeable and listened to my likes and dislikes and tailor made the treatment to be exactly what I needed. I'm delighted with the ongoing benefits from the session and will be booking in again soon. hidden gem and friendly, warm space full of positive energy. 10 out of 10.

Lovely setting, nice team & relaxing massage. It was disappointing that because the person who I had booked with was ill, they automatically changed my appointment to another employee & changed the time by a few minutes (that bit was completely fine) but because of the change of therapist the price increased from £61.50 to £72!! I wouldn’t have been as upset, had they called to tell me but to just send an email an hour before the appointment (I hadn’t read this) and so felt uncomfortable and on the back foot when I was presented with the cost. I won’t return.

Today was a real treat.. because hollies arm massage is amazing I thought I'd add a full body massage on to my facial appointment, I was not disappointed it was fantastic. She definitely got rid of alot of knotts. The facial as always was great the head and neck massage I think is my new favourite 😍

The spa is beautiful, there was a lovely ambience to the space. I booked a winter package which included a facial and manicure. Both were really lovely. My sister also booked the winter package and planned to go for the massage option over the facial, however on the day when we arrived for the appointment we were told massages wouldn’t be possible that day. It ended up working out but I think when it comes to the packages, it might be nice for customers to pick their treatments in advance or inform customers in advance if certain treatments will be unavailable that day.

So friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.

It was a really beautiful treatment and Hannah was lovely and very professional. My only thought would be if you want to book a massage to perhaps make it in a morning, as when the Wedding Barn next door is in full swing it detracts from the loveliness of the Loft and the treatment experience. Honestly, I found it a bit exciting as my daughter gets married there soon. You may prefer a bit more peace. Maybe check when you book. I’ll definitely go again mindful of this.

After suffering with breakouts, Hollie has helped me massively with my skin care routine. Her knowledge is incredible! Her facials are lovely and leave my skin glowing. I’ve also been having monthly massages recently and she’s worked wonders on my back!

Amazing experience for my wedding hair and makeup trial. I never really wear makeup so was slightly apprehensive but I was made to feel really at ease and nothing was too big of an ask. Absolutely loved every minute of it and really happy with the results.

Hollie, has really helped me over the last couple of months. I have been having frequent skin flare ups and a friend recommended I see Hollie, after two months on a regular routine my skin has massively improved. I look forward to a monthly facial and red light therapy. The products that have been recommended are really helping my skin, it’s got a far better texture to it. I highly recommend Hollie for any skincare needs.

Couldn’t have wished for better! Perfect from start to finish! As two hard working Mums decided to treat ourselves, we weren’t disappointed!
