Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Return visit to Prestige for a tidy-up with Izzy. I’m someone who has avoided going to hairdressers most of my adult life, but decided to cut my hair short last year and now need regular maintenance. I feel really heard and understood by Izzy and she did a great job again. Very pleased with the results and will be back in a couple of months no doubt.
