Fantastic facials as always by Katie, she’s good at her craft! I only have the half an hour gel mask facial as I’m not fond of being faffed with for any longer! Katie gauges the mood, and sometimes in quiet moments personally is an absolute.y relaxing lovely facial with lovely smelling products and a great touch from Katie. I highly recommend her.

Lovely salon very bright, light and welcoming. So glad I found out where Neve had moved to. It is easy to get to I don’t drive but bus and train from Lancaster are easy and frequent and it’s only a few steps to the salon. Thanks again for a lovely experience and haircut.

Katie was lovely and made me feel comfortable and at ease straight away. Wax was thorough and was as painless as possible. She did a thorough job to rescue and rebuild my broken nails!
