Jojo gives the most fullest and prettiest lashes in all of Windsor. During the appointment she always assures I’m comfortable, and always takes breaks when I need a minute. After comparing with friends/other women who go to other lash techs, I can confidently say jojo educates her clients in lash after care better than most (if not all lash techs). Since moving to Windsor from the UK, I don't think people appreciate the stress of finding a new salon (I endured 2 before this find!)! Elysian is such a lovely salon, the sisters who own the salon and the girls working are all so welcoming and fun to spend a couple of hours with. Very good experience. The makeup artist and hair stylist were on time and completed everything in a timely manner. The airbrush makeup was really nice and gave a very natural look (didn't look like it was caked on) which I loved. Everyone's hair was well done!!

This is the third time I’ve gotten my lashes done by Jojo, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! 🫶 She’s so nice, patient, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. What a beautiful friendly stylist! This was my first visit to the salon and I had a total hair make over. it’s absolutely fabulous. I feel like a new girl! What is right for everyone she saves what little brain space I have left! That’s the one place I go to retreat! They are my family. They make me who I am. I love them. I can give 4 stars over all. The receptionist is friendly, place very nice, amazing products and Maha who performed my haircut and blowout was super, she's friendly and very detailed, performed very well. She is learning and took her time, also asked other hair stylist to assist and make sure everything was done correctly which was amazing from her. My only concern was that I should have been asked if it was okay for me to have my first haircut in there performed for someone who was learning before I get into the chair. I just found out that after ;)

My experience was absolutely amazing. I have very thick hair and Hiba was able to work with it amazingly. It went by very quick. I got my hair washed cut dried and straightened in literally one hour. It was absolutely amazing, and they even had a private room for people who cover their hair.

Great facility, welcoming staff!!! A must needed addition to the outlet mall. They are very accommodating to specific client needs as well, such as private room for hair services/ face threading. Reasonably priced as well. Much needed addition to the Windsor Outlet Mall. Will definitely be back regularly.

Kelly did my make up for a special event and she did a wonderful job and it was beautiful and everything I asked for was done. Hiba did my hair and it was gorgeous! Services here were warm, kind and helpful from all the staff I encountered today! Thank you for the fabulous experience, I will definitely be returning in the future :)
