I’ve been going to elva beauty 4lashes 4 years, I’ve had good & bad experiences but my last 2 experiences before yesterday weren’t best so I decided I wouldn’t go back. I signed up with another senior lash tech - well I thought it was senior since they charge the same price. I thought junior was cheaper because they’re basically practicing on you.
