Everyone in the shop is incredibly friendly and polite. Had a few fades and beard trims done by Joban now and he is incredibly professional and a perfection. He explains everything he is doing and always asks for your input on how you would like the cut to be. Definitely my new go to barber in Hamilton. 10/10 recommend

I had an excellent experience at this barber shop and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was professional, welcoming, and clearly takes pride in what they do. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted—clean, precise, and done with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how amazing they were with my 4-year-old son. They made him feel completely comfortable, were incredibly patient, and even gave him a fun design in his hair that he absolutely loved. I went to Janes for a haircut and beard trim and she did an absolute fabulous job! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and outdid my expectations on my beard. This was the first time in years I've had a haircut in Canada that I can be proud of, thanks to her. Her friendly personality and expert opinion on what would suit my face structure was an added bonus. I am making this my regular spot for haircuts and beard trims. 10/10 recommend!

This was my first time at Kairos Cuts and I had a fantastic experience. D is truly a master barber and artist, he styled my beard beautifully and even took a few years off my face! The facility is spotless and modern. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and all the guys there fun and professional. I will definitely be returning for their hot towel service. I would highly recommend Kairos for your next haircut or beard trim.

It's always great. Omar is the only person I will trust with my beard trim and my head shave. Every 2 months like clockwork. He knows exactly what I like and how I like it and his attention to detail is reminiscent of the Old World School barbers and yet something so rare in someone so young. Worth every cent

Always a great cut, conversation, experience. Dasdan has been my barber for 2 years now helping me regrow my hair after postpartum hair shedding. My hair is the healthiest its beennin years! Now he cuts and styles both my boys. Never a complaint, not planning on going anywhere else! The shop is always clean and the guys there are always professional and polite. I like how they share their particular specialties to help each other when a customer is looking for something specific or looking to change up their style. A great local shop with a great bunch of guys
