It was my 1st time visiting A&A. I came in to get my brows waxed and tinted. I left looking like big bird even after asking for my brows to be waxed more. Angela explained that my eyebrows were uneven and needed time to grow-in better before she could make bigger changes. Today I am enjoying my eyebrows much better. Time and wash have take the darkness out of the tint and they look much better.

From the intake to the treatment to the debrief afterwards they were nothing but absolutely wonderful. And I'm not super familiar with the procedures and they described everything very clearly and thoroughly and made the whole experience very comfortable. I'll definitely be back for some more treatments once I figure out what I want to do.

I had an amazing experience during my IPL consultation and treatment. From the moment I arrived, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. The technician took the time to walk me through the entire process, making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. She was incredibly attentive, consistently checking in to make sure I was okay during the procedure. I also really appreciated the detailed guidance she provided on skincare what products to use, how to properly care for my skin, and how to protect it moving forward. Overall, it was a very professional, informative!
