Ruby was great and the head massage prior to haircut I could barely walk it was amazing. Before we started I showed the type of style I was after she nailed it. I've had a hard time finding a new stylist since mine retired this was my 6 shop since, I will definitely be going back. Tina is extremely talented and amazing at hair styling. She gave me a hair massage while washing and it was so relaxing. She pays attention to every detail about your hair. Highly recommend her service!!!

I had a wonderful experience for my graduation photo hair and makeup! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly made me feel beautiful with their compliments and positive energy. They listened carefully to my feedback and created a look that was exactly what I had hoped for—both my hair and makeup turned out absolutely stunning. The atmosphere in the salon was so relaxing, with calming music and a very clean, well-kept space. On top of all that, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service. It was a repeat service at this salon. First was only a haircut, but after 4 days I came back for a hair treatment and hair colour. And this is because of the outstanding service of my hairstylist, Carmona, and very accommodating manager, Rozz. Bless your grateful heart!! I would recommend this to my friends and anyone who's looking to change their go-to salon. Great location, just across Shawnessy station. My experience with Tina is great! She is efficient and professional. Knows what she is doing even suggested tricks how to take care of my hair and products I need to use to a healthy hair but not selling me anything. Also shout out to Johanna for suggesting which type of hair cut I should get and for going extra mile to assist me. I will definitely come back for my next hair care treatment. Their prize is reasonable not pricy and have great customer service.
