I had such a wonderful experience with Alma! She did an amazing job on my nails and took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. The lady was very friendly and she asked first if the pressure is fine for me. She followed my instructions carefully and good thing, she did not fall asleep during session which i experienced multiple times. I went in today to get my brows cleaned with threading, and Mira did an absolutely amazing job! I told her I wanted to keep my brows looking natural, just cleaned up and she did exactly that, even better than I expected. She was attentive and really listened to what I wanted. I’m so happy with how they turned out. Definitely coming back to Mira next time!

Roslana amazed me again and again. Each time, she is better than she was once before. I really can't choose another artist. Whatever the design is difficult, she can make it perfectly. I gave her 10 stars, not only 5. Rina is also perfect at doing pedicures. She is quiet and patient. She is not only doing her job but is also very curious to give me the best. Have been going to this Sasha branch now for over 10years . Always welcoming and Terry who has been doing my nails all this time is excellent and very professional in her technique One thing I would like to point out about the recent renovation and furniture is they are not customer friendly! The work tables have a shelf underneath which is very low therefore you are unable to sit at the table comfortably without banging your knees so you have to sit at an angle which is uncomfortable. The chairs covered in plastic make you sweat I always ask to sit on a towel !!!!

The staff named Furry did the service. Service was good. However the cost for polishing was higher. Kindly make a package for facial with polishing.

I had a great experience at the Imperial Salon. The salon itself is beautiful & very clean. The staff was hospitable and treated us well. I was happy to find it right outside our suites at the Amwaj. I walked in and spoke to Eman about what I wanted and she was able to get me in right away! She understood all my hair concerns and shared her vision with me. We went with a balayge and it exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out, I absolutely love it. If only I can take Eman back home with me so she can always make my hair look this amazing!
