It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!
