Leandro's professionalism and quality of service are outstanding. He was very attentive throughout the process. My provider was Charleen, she's amazing. She is nice yet still professional. She immediately welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as a new client. Waxing isn't the most pleasant self care service with the pain involved, but also the vulnerability & exposure that it requires. She let me talk about random things during the service (my technique to distract from the discomfort of it). She’s very very knowledgeable about waxing & skin care. the wax was perfect temperature, each pull was efficient. My skin feels great, all the hair is completely gone. I have no complaints and highly recommend.
