Leandro's professionalism and quality of service are outstanding. He was very attentive throughout the process. I’m accustomed to waxing, but his products were impressive—I experienced minimal discomfort and had no allergic reactions, despite my sensitive skin. He also kept us at ease during the procedure, and the environment was warm, welcoming, clean, and organized. I’m confident that from now on, I’ll only get a wax in Miami with him.

My provider was Charleen, she's amazing. She is nice yet still professional. She immediately welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as a new client. Waxing isn't the most pleasant self care service with the pain involved, but also the vulnerability & exposure that it requires. She let me talk about random things during the service (my technique to distract from the discomfort of it). She’s very very knowledgeable about waxing & skin care. the wax was perfect temperature, each pull was efficient. My skin feels great, all the hair is completely gone. I have no complaints and highly recommend.

This was my first time coming in, and I’m so impressed! I booked the Rosè Signature service, and I absolutely love my nails. Lisa did a fantastic job, paying attention to every detail. I also had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed, and it was such a smooth experience. Lisa was professional, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely be coming back! I always go to the Nail Venue.. I’ve been to many places in Miami and wasn’t happy then I found the Nail venue and I never have an issue here with the finished results. Lynda is the best… She always slays my nails :)
