I had my second microneedling session with Lourdes, and once again, everything went perfectly. This time, she increased both the amount of product and the pressure I believe. I did feel more warmth compared to the first session, but it quickly faded after the soothing mask was applied. As before, once I got home, I experienced no side effects or complications—not even any redness. I’m really impressed with the results and how smooth the whole experience has been. I’m already looking forward to my third and final session of the season!

So relaxing! Romina is so kind and really takes a lot of care in her work. Her attention to detail is great. The hygiene of the equipment and work space is very high standard. The atmosphere during the treatment was very relaxing, there was gentle music in the background and I was offered herbal tea too. I highly recommend receiving a treatment here, I was highly satisfied with my spa pedicure and facial waxing. Thank you to all of the staff!

From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, modern, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. Loredana was welcoming and explained everything clearly, including what to expect during and after the treatment. As this wasn’t my first appointment, I really appreciated how consistently kind and professional Loredana was, she made me feel comfortable straight away and completely at ease. As someone who has always been nervous about waxing, I was surprised by how gentle, patient, and friendly she was throughout the entire process.
