Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

Had my usual set of treatments today started with dermaplaning which took away the peach fuzz and left my skin feeling smooth and soft. It has also lightened the quite large brown spot on my chin after the treatment I had undertaken. I follow this up with BB glow and microwaving which had improved my skin no end. Lessoned wrinkles over the period of time I've been having it. I then have the dermalux which leaves me with a glowing skin. I can highly recommend these treatments by Jenny at eccleston asthetics. Jenny is very attentive and caring. Treatments and aftercare are explained, each visit.

I got hybrid eyebrows done by Steph and honestly I LOVE them it's been nearly a week and I haven't had to touch them with any makeup because the shape is still unbelievable and they are still full from the tint! They honestly have made me feel so much better about myself ❤️❤️

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. A wonderful facial by Lauren in a cosy and relaxing environment. My skin feels beautifully smooth and hydrated. The skincare products are plant-based and smell amazing. Lauren’s meticulous attention to detail is perfect; she is gentle and respectful throughout. A real treat!
