Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

Had my usual set of treatments today started with dermaplaning which took away the peach fuzz and left my skin feeling smooth and soft. It has also lightened the quite large brown spot on my chin after the treatment I had undertaken. I follow this up with BB glow and microwaving which had improved my skin no end. Lessoned wrinkles over the period of time I've been having it. I then have the dermalux which leaves me with a glowing skin. I can highly recommend these treatments by Jenny at eccleston asthetics. Jenny is very attentive and caring. Treatments and aftercare are explained, each visit.

Came in today had my hair cut eyebrows waxed & tinted Rachel was lovely made me feel so welcomed & relax, highly recommend & will be coming back again soon x

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. I absolutely love coming here, Steph listens to me and what I want and always gives me the best results. I will never go anywhere else again! Recently she has given me the hybrid brows and I have had soooooo many compliments on my eyebrows! Will deffo be asking for these again!
