Johanna is very professional and manages to make services like a brazilian wax relaxing with good conversation. It’s over before you know it! My friend and I were pampered by Rikki & Tracy to their new spa feature, the Elemental Sole Pedicure. It was very relaxing in the rocking loungers as our legs and feet were scrubbed and massaged and wrapped in the warm towels. Ahhhhhhh!! 😌

This was our first visit to this salon. We were treating ourselves before a family wedding. My daughter had gel-x nails done and I had a manicure and brow wax. Service was excellent. Facility was clean and well kept. The polish job was done meticulously for both of us. Best salon we have been to in Brantford. My daughter said “We have to come back here every time!” Which is very high praise from a 16 year old.

Shayann is awesome!! I highly recommend her, she's the best person in Brantford. I get my Brazilians done with her. She's very awesome at helping you feel comfortable, she gives great aftercare advice. She's very good and through at her work, but also just a lot of fun to talk to and very understanding. Her studio is also super clean and organized, she's put a lot of work into it and it shows.

Shyann made sure I was comfortable & relaxed throughout my first waxing! Will definitely be back!

Shyann provides excellent service during intimate appointments!! She made me feel so comfy being a virgin to the waxing life and kept me laughing the whole time!!
