Addy was an absolute GEM! I booked in for multiple waxing and threading services last night via the Fresha App and she called me this morning to re-confirm everything. Super professional and kind. The salon is presented beautifully, it is clean and Addy is so friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable from beginning to end and that is the best underarm waxing and threading treatment I've had in a long time! And at such a great price point too. There is also parking directly across the road which is either free, or only a couple of dollars in the paid parking bay. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing experience. I did the full body pressotherapy with the Led Light Facial add on and it was so relaxing, I fell asleep. I feel a thousand times better and my skin looks and feels hydrated! Have re-booked for next week.

Very friendly staff. Slight communication issue (language barrier), but this was dealt with professionally by the staff. Wish we could have an experience like this at the end of each day. As second-time visitors, we highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic microneedling treatment with Bianka. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. The best part was that it wasn’t painful at all—Bianka was gentle and attentive, ensuring I was at ease the whole time. Her expertise really showed in how smooth and seamless the process felt. I’ve been to so many skin care clinics and hands down, this has been the most professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant experience. I have avoided fillers for the longest time waiting to find the right place who know what they are doing and aren’t a run of the mill franchise who hire young trainees to inject. You can tell the clinicians are well sought after and for good reason, all with many loyal customers who have build relationships with them. I feel lucky to have finally found the right place.

Shreta was amazing. I came to the appointment so tired after an extremely early start of the day. She was so considerate and attentive and I felt so good at the end of the appointment, even though it was just an eyelash tint. Shreta turned the lights and music down and gave me a head massage (which was heavenly and just what i needed) while waiting for the tint. Highly recommend Shreta

I had a great experience getting a skin consult with Chelsea. She listened really closely to what I was looking for, my goals, the approach I wanted to take to my skin care journey and reflect all those things back to me so perfectly. I was apprehensive to come in as I have a struggled with my relationship with my skin in the past, but she made me feel deeply understood, seen and cared for. She is amazing at explaining different products and so clearly a deep expert! Can't recommend her enough if you are trying to cut through all the noise of skin care and just get a simple, solid routine down
