Joan is professional, warm and passionate about what she does. Her advice is on point, she addressed all issues and concerns I had, not pushing products on me. I had a Japanese head spa and bought 5 products to deal with my hair thinning situation. I will definitely come back, highly recommended her service.

It's great, especially with the multiple wave lengths (other IR Sauna's don't do that). My wife really loves it from start to finish. I have one challenge - The Saturday staff has no clue of how to pair my phone to the Sauna Bluetooth stereo system, she says most people use it for the radio. Unfortunately, I dislike any advertisements, that's why there's music subscriptions. While I don't mind the in-house music, and being my first time. It is a learning curve, but I prefer that I set my own lighting and music. So, if I resort to using Chatgpt and then show the staff how it's done...I win.

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Renata and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and welcoming. Renata is incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable straight away. The massage itself was so relaxing but also very effective, I felt lighter, less bloated, and so refreshed afterwards.
