Helena is a clear communicator and is transparent and honest about the procedure. She is also a good story teller and has a good sense of humour. This kept me distracted from the pain throughout the tattoo removal. I felt I was in caring and capable hands. Would definitely recommend!

I finally booked in after seeing good reviews on IG. So glad I did a I left feeling great! Booked in for the deluxe head spa and a haircut. Massage was nice, especially the hot stones. The head massage was vigorous at times but I loved it! You get to choose a scent for the steam sauna, I choose lemon & orange. Nice clean establishment. The hairdresser, he was amazing! I'm so happy with my haircut! Will definitely return! Thank you Icandy. There is a carpark straight across the road so that is handy as Ponsonby can be busy.

Had my second appointment today for laser tattoo removal and it was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend as this is not your average walk in walk out clinic where you feel rushed and your treated like a number. Helena is extremely caring and personable. She provides a wonderful, professional service at a reasonable price. I've been treated in several other clinics for laser and not had pleasant experiences, not to mention the exorbitant cost..... Keep up the good work Helena!

This is my 3rd visit I always book the deluxe head spa. When it comes to something relaxing, refreshing, this hits the spot. My favourite part is the scalp treatment and head massage and everything else is just an awesome extra! The price is amazing for what the service entails. 🙂

Traveled from Palmerston North to have my ombré brows done by Ellen, based on my daughter’s recommendation – and she’s very particular! Ellen was thorough in her communication, clearly explaining the process and helping me choose the best option for my skin. The results are absolutely amazing – I couldn’t be happier. I wake up with perfect eyebrows every day and only wish I’d done this years ago. Highly recommend Ellen!
