It was a great experience. However, I don't like the upselling portion. I was unsure and hesitant if I wanted to do another session as I wanted to see how long the blue light would last on my skin but also cost wise is a huge thing if I wanted to book any future ones. Although instead of giving me time to think about it, they offered me another session for the promo price, which fine. That's great and I appreciated that. However, after a couple of days I started noticing the lines coming back which is disappointing.Those are my only concerns. Overall, the facial was great as well as the person

This was my first arm treatment, so I can’t really speak to the results, yet, but the staff have made me feel really comfortable and supported. From my experience with their facials and skin products, I definitely get the impression that everything they do is well researched, high end, and top quality. I feel like a million dollars when I leave, and like I’m worth taking care of myself.

The clear line between pampering and spoiled has been crossed today. Chelsey spoiled me rotten. From the beginning of the visit to her making sure I got everything that I needed, the calm and welcoming environment she created, I felt that she was really taking care of me during our session. She set some pretty accurate expectations during the treatment. I did not feel rushed and the dedicated time was tailored for me. She has the most professional way of doing her job. Guided me through every step of the way and honestly made me feel relaxed, confident and more beautiful after our session.

The esthetician that worked on my face was very pleasant , friendly and knowledgable. So was the manager whom I have a consultation with after the treatment. I liked the treatment, it did rejuvenate my face, I did make another appointment.

The experience is truly calming. Priti's skilled hands provide excellent service. Although the spa bed's ergonomic design could be enhanced for spinal comfort, the headrest needs minimal adjustment. The spa's cleanliness and hospitality are commendable.
