Was disappointed to find that treatment was only a half hour. Overall nice introduction to the spa. Priti is the best facial treatment expert in Winnipeg. Go to Ness branch. She is professional yet friendly. She transformed my face. Their towels smell fresh and treatment rooms are very clean. I absolutely recommend her.

This was my first arm treatment, so I can’t really speak to the results, yet, but the staff have made me feel really comfortable and supported. From my experience with their facials and skin products, I definitely get the impression that everything they do is well researched, high end, and top quality. I feel like a million dollars when I leave, and like I’m worth taking care of myself.

I feel very well cared for by Priti at this location. She is absolutely amazing, kind, generous, caring, compassionate, dedicated to her clients well being and to being an expert in her field. After 8 amazing facials I look way younger and my skin glows; I saw results after the first one and had a fantastic guest experiences each time. I also purchased a body contouring package, which did not have as obvious results or quite the same guest experience, though I like the idea of a natural non surgical approach. I am debating doing more sessions to see if results are cumulative.

It was a great experience. However, I don't like the upselling portion. I was unsure and hesitant if I wanted to do another session as I wanted to see how long the blue light would last on my skin but also cost wise is a huge thing if I wanted to book any future ones. Although instead of giving me time to think about it, they offered me another session for the promo price, which fine. That's great and I appreciated that. However, after a couple of days I started noticing the lines coming back which is disappointing.Those are my only concerns. Overall, the facial was great as well as the person

Elissa at the Ness location was incredible. I felt wonderful and relaxed after my facial but the high pressure sales afterwards to buy a $2000, $5000 or $8000 package quickly taints the experience. I would go back for another facial with Elissa but people should be aware that the point is to get you in the door and sign you up for very expensive packages.

Excellent micro-needling treatment. Priti was very professional and explained everything. Before and after the treatment as to what you need to do at home. Also, Priti took the time to explain the discounts for the month of January. Extremely knowledgeable and very caring individual. I would recommend the treatment to anyone but for most people who has rosacea.

The Ness location is always pristine and staff are always welcoming. Priti was my facial aesthetician in this location. She's knowledgeable and competent. She answered all my concerns and did my micro needling gently as I have a very low pain tolerance. She was amazing ! I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years and I always had very positive experiences during my visits.

Everyone was professional and kind—Harkamal at the front desk, Manjeet who did my treatment, and especially Elissa, the beauty expert. She was genuine, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile. The RF facial treatment is a notch up in its effectiveness. The first treatment shows a noticeable improvement in firming up, rejuvenation and glow-up of the skin. Being over 60 years old I would like to follow this one with a few more treatments to allow and maintain the natural process of collagen and elastin production at their foundation.

I went for my collagen facial earlier today. My skin feels very soft. I can see a difference with just the one treatment. Kim was great! I felt very relaxed after and am glad I tried it.

1st time here for the $59 promotion for the anti-aging face lift using RF technology and LED facial. I was immediatelyy struck by the cleanliness of the business, and the sincerity of the staff. I felt welcome. The area is simplistic but elegant and I loved the Vibe! Priti ❤️ was my Aesthetician. She was calming and her techniques were just right. I almost fell asleep. She asked if I wanted before and after pics. I did. Afterwards Komal ❤️ went through an analysis of my skin and made recommendations for treatments most beneficial for me. A pkg was offered at a very reasonable price.

The facial treatment was great. The initial treatment includes consultation where they take pictures of your face and will offer services that you may need to improve skin elasticity. They offer some machines for sale that they use duting the treatment. The machines are great and are a good investment especially if you are interested to share it with the family
