Incredible service & stunning results! My wife and I came in with a bold vision - black hair to blonde, and matching brows. Jocilene for the hair, Naini for the brows - both were incredibly helpful. They were patient, and went way beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They explained each step, checked in throughout, and made sure the tones were just right. The whole team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely excited to help us achieve our look. We left feeling confident, cared for, and absolutely thrilled. Thank you to Leanna for providing a wonderful hair experience. My hair feels fresh and clean and repaired from my unfortunate previous hair experience. Leanna was kind and patient the entire time. I am looking forward to having bright blonde through my hair as that is my ultimate goal. I feel the base is now perfect. However, I do wish my hair was lighter already. Kyra was so warm and professional when I came to adelaide skin therapy for my skin concerns. She listened intently and ensured that the right treatment was selected for me. Jaiden was awesome, taking time to chat through my new look. I wasn't sure what to do but wanted a change. I am very picky about getting a quality cut so it was a leap of faith to try a new stylist and a new style. Jaiden made the process so comfortable and gave me helpful advice on hair care and styling. Hi, Just a bit of feedback, I wasn't happy with a Trainee doing my hair. She burnt my scalp a couple of times and left my hair frizzy. I didn't mind her taking photos but I didn't really feel comfortable with her doing my hair too. Also we're at the sushi train now because we are both so hungry. I had a look and it said we were getting light refreshments and tea? Why did we not get offered this or been given a break so we could have something to eat? The process she does often accompanied by massage, soothing music, and aromatherapy, helps reduce stress, which in turn positively impacts my skin health.
