Suzie who did my nails was super! She is very attentive and professional. There was a slight mix up with the prices but the staff recognised the issue and corrected it which I greatly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done with Suzie, she is lovely and really cares about delivering a great customer experience. I’ll definitely come back to the salon on my next visit to Dubai.

Had a terrific experience this afternoon at the SkinLaundry DIFC. I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome as soon as I reached the door. I had the signature laser facial with Fatima. I instantly felt at ease when she told me about the procedure and her knowledge about skin care is fantastic. I instantly felt at ease. I cannot recommend the skin laundry enough. I am still glowing hours later! Best facial I've ever had! Thank you SL team <3

Very nice facility. I was slightly uncomfortable during the massage and scrub. She brought the towel down without and warning and I felt very exposed. I know I should have just said something but I didn't. Also I put on my paperwork and told her that I wanted her to avoid my feet. However, that was the first part of me she started working on.

This was one of the best massages I have had after a long long time. It was exactly what I had hoped for. The lady was really courteous, knew her craft and gave me ample time to recoup and rejuvenate. Thank you to her once again. Amazing staff, clean facilities. You’ll get addicted to cryotherapy and feel refreshed and energetic after it each time. Very easy access and free parking available. You literally park your car and within 1 minute, you are inside. They make appointments so organized, you don’t wait any minute. The staff is very friendly and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. Red light therapy is also very calming. You feel like you’re having a sunbath at the beach. Overall amazing experience, totally recommend it.

I’ve been visiting Cabello Lounge in Downtown Dubai regularly, and the service is consistently outstanding. Alex, my professional stylist, is truly skilled at what he does. Every haircut and style I’ve received from him has been flawless. His precision and expertise ensure that I always walk out looking and feeling my best. Additionally, MJ, who takes care of my hands/feet, is equally exceptional. Her attention to detail during manicures and pedicures leaves me with perfect results every time. Alex and MJ make my experience at Cabello Lounge one of the best in Dubai. Highly recommended!

My first visit to this Gents Salon was excellent. I just walked in without any booking and I was immediately invited to take a seat. Magdy - the expert - was highly meticulous to cut my hair exactly how I wanted, and the beard shaving experience was also delightful.

Amazing I love it every time I go there. They assist you in a detailed and respectful way. Providing information that is good for your personal upkeep. I had to meet Dr Maria, such a happy soul, it’s obvious she does her job with a lot of love. They take good care of you and your needs, your comfort is their priority. I really recommend their services. I was at the branch at Emirates tower beauty spot around for those that loves discovering new places.

First time to the City Walk Contrast and won’t be my last! Loved the service, the ambience and the experience of the contract therapy with sauna, ice bath followed by a massage. Much needed after a half marathon race too. Will come back for sure. Devina was an excellent masseuse too!

I recently visited °CRYO for a consultation, and my experience was excellent. The visit was divided into two assessments, and I had the pleasure of interacting with two highly skilled professionals: Dr. Maria and Dr. Saba. The ambience of the clinic is welcoming; I was shown great hospitality as well, with water and tea provided before and after the sessions. The location is very accessible, hardly a five minute walk from the metro. Overall, the professionalism and expertise of both Dr. Maria and Dr. Saba, as well as of the manager and the reception staff, made my visit highly positive.

Everything was perfect except the Russian gel pedicure which doesn't look like the Russian gel manicure at all, even though I chose the same color and one of my nails is filed sideways
