I have been going to Charlie for a long time now and have never had a bad experience. I had a fantastic experience with Claire who has done multiple eyebrow tint and tidies + lash lifts for me. Chloé did a fantastic job; I feel like a living Lisa Frank drawing and that's very much a compliment! The gorgeous trans pride nails, lovely chat, usual warm Cute But Deadly welcome were such a needed pick-me-up from the current horrid sociopolitical climate! With everything going on (in the UK and elsewhere), safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ folks are more important than ever, and Zara & everyone at CBD definitely provide that (and stellar art while they're at it) 💙🤍💜 definitely the place to go for all your fancy nail needs!!

Emma did a fabulous job removing the Biab from my nails and thereafter shaping to my desired lengh. I did not wish to re-apply anything on my nails & just for some extra protection Emma applied a clear rubber gel. Super happy with the service I received today.
