Holly is so lovely, she has been so reassuring throughout the whole transformation. Always feel so welcome and comfortable around Holly. I can’t recommend Kerry enough! She is amazing!! I have my face, back and Hollywood lasered and it is life changing! I had my 3rd appointment with Katie this week and we turned up the laser, it hurt more but Katie was brilliant taking a pause after each laser which really helped. Lovely service and welcoming, unfortunately, due to my leg hair being blonde and my arm pit hair being light also (dark blonde) I'm not a suitable candidate,the laser didn't pick up my hair follicle at the patch test due to the above. The lady explained it works on darker hair and unfortunately not on blonde, light colours or any red tones. To eliminate wasting the consultant and patients time, this may be worth adding 'what is suitable or not suitable' on the website and advertising platforms. I would reccomend visiting here based on the customer service received. Thank you ladies.

Absolutely amazing! My first of a course of 4 laser skin resurfacing sessions. Kerry was so informative and put me completely at ease throughout the appointment. After my treatment she guided me through my aftercare plan and explained what we will do at the next session.
