I think I need a treatment here every week. Charlotte is so lovely and attentive. She guides you through what you need and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The Japanese head spa was utterly incredible. From the products, to the massage, to the music, lighting and ambience. It was all a perfect recipe for an indulgent and relaxing experience. Cannot recommend the Japanese head spa treatment enough. It was dreamy and tantalising all wrapped up in a bundle of bliss! Thank you so much Charlotte. Just what a busy mum needed! I had the Signature Ice Global Facial was amazing each step of the facial was explained beforehand. My skin looks and feels so healthy afterwards, the head massage was so relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Tried the menopause massage this week. Keely’s technique is amazing. The long relaxing strokes flow effortlessly from one movement to another. Came out feeling completely relaxed and the scents worked beautifully, even a few days after I feel so much calmer and more in control.

I had the pleasure of having the new menopause massage. I chose three pressure points, insomnia, anxiety and mood swings for someone that’s never suffered from anxiety up until my perimenopause. All I can say is so far so good. I would highly recommend this. I was explained everything and told what pressure points they were working and how to manage the after care at home. 5*

What can I say apart from wow! After watching the video of the new Ice globe facial I wanted to book. This was the first time having this experience and it was amazing, I felt so relaxed that I think I fell asleep and yeah might have snored oops! Seriously this facial gets a 20/10 for me. I loved the coldness and the warmth and my face felt so refreshed. The neck massage was lush too. Thank you so much Keely, I would definitely recommend this new facial xx 😊

I have just had my first Japanese head massage, and it was so amazing, I felt totally relaxed it was a lovely feeling and I feel like it as definitely relelived some stress, I would recommend this treatment, Charlotte is very professional and gives you really good advice on what treatment you would benefit from, I can't wait for my next appointment.

After a tough few weeks I was well in need of some self-care, that's when I went to Charlotte for a bespoke facial. I instantly felt relaxed when I walked in as Charlotte had set the scene with aromas, lighting, music and an inviting massage bed. The facial was incredible. I didn't want it to end, each step felt like a little piece of heaven and the best facial I've had by far. My skin has been left feeling soft, glowing and ready for bridesmaid duties. I can't wait for my next visit.
