I had my first laser session today to remove my tattoo, and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. The technician who did the procedure was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced. Sonia has been doing some treatment on me for about a year now in quite a delicate area it’s not her normal procedures at Flawless but she took it upon herself to help me out with my situation as I’ve mentioned in the past that my GP was on able to help with. And she came up with a solution of different treatments that we could try, unfortunately the laser treatment didn’t work as well as it could’ve done but it certainly made a little improvement. Anyway we tried a different technique yesterday and it was my last session with her and I’m very grateful . Thanks Sonia. X

A lovely clinic and very polite, professional staff. The clinic was clean and even the chair was noticeably relaxing and comfortable, adding to the overall aesthetics. It was already very busy for 10am, the only thing I would say is that when booking an hour long treatment, I assumed the actual treatment duration would be the full hour, but some of the time was utilised for the consultation at the start and feedback at the end, so in effect less than an hour. However, staff seem knowledgable and very kind and I would happily visit again.

First time visit to the salon. Sonya and Vera were both very pleasant to deal with, they were friendly and professional. I had laser treatment on the face and was happy with the way this treatment was carried out.

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.
