I had my first laser session today to remove my tattoo, and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. The technician who did the procedure was very knowledgeable and clearly experienced. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and her kind and professional attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate the care and attention she provided

My experience with both Saaida and Sarah has been flawless. I initially had a number of questions and reservations regarding laser hair removal and due to my health conditions, needed reassurance. Sarah was flexible, professional and very likeable. Always a smile! Saaida patient, understanding and made me feel at ease immediately. I have not shown my body for a couple of years so the idea of her seeing me made me feel apologetic! She was incredibly kind and cushioning throughout each experience. My visit today included carbon laser peel (face) and Brow top up. As always excellent results. Laser treatment was painless, comfortable and exactly as explained. No surprise moments. Brows was my I believe 4th or 5th so can't really say anything but always return. Thank you Eva

A lovely clinic and very polite, professional staff. The clinic was clean and even the chair was noticeably relaxing and comfortable, adding to the overall aesthetics. It was already very busy for 10am, the only thing I would say is that when booking an hour long treatment, I assumed the actual treatment duration would be the full hour, but some of the time was utilised for the consultation at the start and feedback at the end, so in effect less than an hour. However, staff seem knowledgable and very kind and I would happily visit again.

Had a really relaxing time at Rich Hair today. First a facial, then my hair was coloured, cut and blow dried. I also had a head massage and left the salon feeling amazing. The staff are a really happy and friendly group who make sure that all clients receive the best treatment.
