Only went for a free pigmentation removal consult but was there 30 minutes while Finola did a couple of skin tests to determine which treatment I preferred. In three weeks we'll know the answer. Very friendly and professional.

I had my first IPL laser treatment today. I am kicking myself I didn’t do this years ago, having spent 20 years waxing!!! I was put off by the price but then my maths has never been that good. This will pay for itself in under a year then it’s a saving from then on. Even after my patch test last week I could see the results, today was amazing! Thanks Alison!

Alison is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and was able to answer all of my questions about IPL laser hair removal during my consultation. Even after my first treatment I've been really impressed by the results. I've had visible changes to the hair growth, pigmentation and even improvements to a small scar I had in the area.
