I returned to Ellie for a keratin strengthening treatment as she suggested it might be really good with my very frizzy hair and to help with my hair damage due to constantly dying it and using a hair straightener every day. She was right!! My hair feels amazing now, it's so smooth and so glossy and straight. I got so many compliments yesterday from my friends! I highly recommend this hair treatment and I can't wait to return to Ellie in a couple of months for my next balayage!

Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Very lovely lady and a pleasant experience, opted to have my eyebrows threaded after waxing and my eyebrows have never looked so nice and neat! Sue does in fact have magic hands! Amazing service, I would definitely recommend, I got treated like royalty. The place is so elegant and the service is unbelievable. I felt so relaxed and actually fell asleep. My skin looks amazing after one treatment.

Staff are very welcoming. It was my first time having my hair done at a non-black salon and I was nervous at first, but was made to feel at ease straight away. Loved the results so much, will definitely come back again for my second keratin treatment.

The interior is as beautiful as it is inviting. Extremely kind staff. They made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my appointment and offered beverages as well. Overall, a 10/10 treatment.

Arti was my beauty therapist for the afternoon appointment and she was fabulous. She gave me a very nice facial treatment that I can already see the results, along with that she did my lash lift and it is perfect omg. 10/10

I have just had the nicest, most relaxing hydration facial with Amiee. She is really lovely and I felt very relaxed. Amiee explained each stage of treatment which lasted approx 45 mins. I left feeling very relaxed and pampered.
