I returned to Ellie for a keratin strengthening treatment as she suggested it might be really good with my very frizzy hair and to help with my hair damage due to constantly dying it and using a hair straightener every day. She was right!! My hair feels amazing now, it's so smooth and so glossy and straight. I got so many compliments yesterday from my friends! I highly recommend this hair treatment and I can't wait to return to Ellie in a couple of months for my next balayage!

I had an amazing experience getting my hair done by Rose, She really listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut and style. I walked out feeling so happy and confident with my new look. Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Very lovely lady and a pleasant experience, opted to have my eyebrows threaded after waxing and my eyebrows have never looked so nice and neat! Sue does in fact have magic hands! Took my 13 year old daughter in today for a complete style change. First haircut in a long time due to health conditions. She has Tourette’s, autism and was diagnosed with a brain tumor last year so this was a huge moment for her in trying to find herself again after dealing with a lot with her mental health. The stylist was amazing and made her feel at ease throughout, treating her with respect and letting her feel in control. Couldn’t have asked for more. Was lovely to see her smiling from ear to ear for the first time in a long time. If I could give more stars I would!

Staff are very welcoming. It was my first time having my hair done at a non-black salon and I was nervous at first, but was made to feel at ease straight away. Loved the results so much, will definitely come back again for my second keratin treatment.

I have just had the nicest, most relaxing hydration facial with Amiee. She is really lovely and I felt very relaxed. Amiee explained each stage of treatment which lasted approx 45 mins. I left feeling very relaxed and pampered.
