My son and I had the wellness package. It was amazing. A lot of money but absolutely worth every penny. 30 minutes infrared sauna, an hour massage and an hour float. We were greeted when we walked in and everything was explained. I'd done the float before but my son hadn't. We did the sauna together then I went for a massage while my son did the float, then we swapped. We had a deep tissue massage from Trish, which was absolutely amazing. She used various techniques, some of which I'd not experienced before. It was a really relaxing few hours in a comfortable environment with lovely people.

My husband and I both had a go in a sensory deprivation pod. It's certainly an unusual experience but enjoyable. We weren't sure what to expect. Both of us enjoyed it, found the float really comfortable, and were very relaxed afterwards. My husband is often in a lot of pain due to a chronic illness, and he said the pain almost completely subsided. Everything was explained to us really well before going in. The lid to the tank was easy to control. We are definitely planning to visit again both for the tank and to try the infrared sauna and the massages.

What an amazing experience! The infrared sauna was rejuvenating and the floatation tank was a new experience that I’d highly recommend. Staff were fantastic at guiding my partner and I through the process and Ana was especially professional and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again.

I had the best massage ever by Tanya. Very strong pressure which I needed and loved! I came away very relaxed from also having a sauna and a float. Perfect way to spend time on myself

Staff warm and welcoming. Sauna amazing, loved being able to play my music whilst in there. They gave me time to relax in the chill out room after, adding to the experience. A couple of areas that could do with a lick of paint but overall a great experience and I would return. Thank you

I loved my visit! The ultra red sauna was fab. But the float tank was amazing. I was a bit nervous about the tank itself, but needn’t have been, it was spacious and felt so safe and relaxing. I fully involved myself in the process and found the whole experience so relaxing and wonderful. Really hoping it could help with my chronic pain issues. Def want to come back.

Had a wonderful afternoon at The SPA FLOAT centre. We had the float an infra red sauna and massage and it was all absolutely amazing! Staff all lovely knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely go back again.

Such a fantastic experience from start to finish. As it was my first time visiting, I was taken around the different rooms and everything was explained to me. I was very impressed with everything - it’s such amazing value for money! The sauna was very relaxing and I loved the fact you could listen to your own audio. The float experience was surreal! I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my sauna and float session yesterday- the whole atmosphere of Spa float therapy is calm and relaxing as soon as you step through the door. The facilities provided are more than expected- face wipes, dyson hair dryer and straighteners! Great touch! The float was like nothing I have experienced before- so peaceful and relaxing and my body felt amazing afterwards (best nights sleep in a long time). I can’t wait for my next float! Thanks again!

This was simply one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The whole place was fresh and had such a calm atmosphere right from the offset. The staff are friendly and make you feel so welcome. The sauna and the floatation tank were a fantastic combo, having a very stressful job, I rarely have time to switch off, and both of these enabled me to have some time to myself without the use of phones or other devices. The whole experience has left me feeling better than I have felt in years and I cannot wait to go again.

You are made to feel welcome, called by your name and shown the facilities by a fantastic staff member. Everywhere is spotless - as soon as you're in the next treatment room they are cleaning the one you have just been. The infer-red sauna is perfect as you have controls over the lighting and temperature. The showers have wonderful water pressure. And the bit everyone has been waiting for - the float is amazing, the water is clear and silky smooth in an the pod is easy to operate. It's very spacious and an ambient temperature, perfect for zoning out and relaxing. I would definitely recommend.

First time visit to Spa Float and hopefully won't be my last. Friendly reception from everyone the moment I walked in and Trisha my masseuse knew it was me straight away without telling her my name !! Trisha made me feel very relaxed and explained everything she was going to do before we started , and have to say one of best massages I've ever had ! When I was finished they showed me around one of the 'floating pods' and explained it to me. Great customer service... highly recommend 😊

1-2-1 guided meditation & sound bath with Trish was deeply relaxing and unique to my needs. Trish is very caring with a clear description of the treatment ahead. I will definitely have this again! Also had the best float I’ve ever had as the vibrations from the sound bath amplified my experience! For the rest of the day I’ve felt deep inner peace, truly amazing. A great combination

The Infrared sauna is an amazing experience, lovely place, lovely team. We felt soooo good afterwards and can't wait for our next one. I slept so well that night and felt so good for days after. Highly recommend if you are after trying something new.

This was my 1st time here and it was a 1st class experience with excellent facilities. I had the infrared sauna and I have to say I felt so relaxed at the end, I could have fallen asleep. Normally I can only stand 5 minutes in the steam room or normal saunas but the infrared sauna is much more bearable. Definitely will be visiting again.

Three and half hours of uninterrupted bliss. An infrared sauna followed by a massage and topped off with a salt flotation. Incredible! For anyone needing to escape the world, switch off your mind, aid your aches and pains, recalibrate, I highly recommend. 🧘‍♀️🛀☺️

Very friendly and calm atmosphere. Clearly explained usage of the treatments and pretty much left me to get on with it all in my own time. Had the infrared sauna and float pods, and both were in a solo room with locks. Highly recommended.

Really chilled; never hurried or rushed. Massage was fantastic and infrared sauna amazing. First time floating and took a bit of getting used to but perfect way to empty any troubled heads! Be prepared to be so chilled afterwards though that rushing to do anything else will be difficult!
