I have been attending for years. I always feel lighter after a session. The Infra Red Sauna is also good.

It was my first time having this treatment and Enrida made me feel comfortable and was very informative. She gave me lots of advice and I left feeling great. I will be returning!

Enrida is absolutely lovely, very calming and reassuring. The whole irrigation experience was great in general. I felt some conflicting information on nutrition - would say more updated info on nutrition from a holistic approach as research has changed drastically over the past few years on what is good or bad. Otherwise, a great experience overall.
