2nd session in the recovery lounge - 1st one was great, 2nd one even better as they've added a cold plunge! Crazy experience to go into freezing water after the infrared sauna. Loved it.

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Excellent. Waiyee gave me a first class massage, clearing knots in shoulders, back & legs. She then offered me the chance to try out the inflatable compression socks…a great experience, which I would like to build into my recovery program.

Had the most amazing massage today. Brilliant service, so accommodating, and came out feeling like a new person. I’ve been struggling with leg pain and shoulder pain for years, the masseuse knew exactly what she was doing, what areas needed looking at, what pressures etc. will be getting a membership! X

Always an amazing experience and was -1lb after the sauna wrap!

As always, a superb experience with Filip guiding us through the 20min sauna, 5min Ice bath (just!), infrared therapy followed by compression therapy. I always feel so rejuvenated after these sessions! Can’t wait for the next ones!

Recently visited the wellness lounge and booked the recovery room. The online booking was easy. The venue is simple to find and sign posted. Free parking is available on site with plenty of spaces. When we arrived the room was pre prepared for us based on what we had said in the initial questionnaire when booking. The recovery room is well equipped sauna, red light therapy, ice bath, shower etc Overall the wellness lounge offers an outstanding experience and I fully recommend it. We can’t wait to return. Thank You.

Never disappoints! Paul is the best and makes every visit great. First time visiting the new home for the Lounge and it is amazing. Can't what to go back and use the Sauna.

First visit to the Wellness Lounge for a massage & sauna visit and it exceeded all expectations! The Swedish massage with hot stones was beautiful & so relaxing! To top it off I had 30 minutes in the recovery lounge which was so therapeutic. 5 minutes in the cold plunge to end the experience was absolutely fantastic. Thanks Filip for helping me through it. I had sport massage with ice bath therapy and sauna and wow is all I can usually got plenty to say but that word sums it up in one! From the start every pain stuff muscle was tended too then on to the cold water therapy and coached by wai who clearly new what she was doing calmed my nerves and talked me through the hole process and that was an amazing experience I highly recommend and will be returning as a member thank you!

I had my first experience in the recovery lounge today and it was a great one that’s for sure! I want to thank Filip for giving me thorough information on the treatments and supporting me during my cold plunge. He was at my assistance whenever I needed him but also gave me privacy to relax and enjoy the treatments such as the sauna, red light therapy and the pressotherapy. I look forward to coming back again next week!

Excellent. The lounge exceeded our expectations. I visited with my husband, and we both fit in the sauna, so there are no issues with size. We tried all options from the recovery lounge: sauna, cold plunge, pressotherapy and red light therapy and would highly recommend all. The small touches make a huge difference, from bringing us electrolytes whilst in the sauna, rining the bell when entering and the coaching through the cold plunge - couldn't recommend enough!
