Claire was amazing - it was exactly what my nervous system needed. Typically I go for super hard 60 minute massages; but today was firm, relaxing and what I needed. The massage was comforting and put me into a very relaxed state before a facial and the scalp service. I loved the smell and feel of the peppermint shampoo so much I purchased a bottle on my way out! If your body is asking for a break treat yourself and let yourself enjoy the calm & being taken care of for a few hours 🩵

Claire was so excellent! I absolutely loved this experience! It was my first time ever at a Japanese Head Spa. I brought my boyfriend along as well and he (surprisingly!) also LOVED it! We both got the Deluxe treatment, which included a neck / shoulder / arm massage which was equally incredible as the hair treatment. Claire, and all of the staff, were lovely and welcoming. Very grateful for the experience! We will be back!!

I had a wonderful relaxing full body hot stone massage and head massage (the $230 package). To be honest, I preferred the mini facial and head spa, (the $170 package), from my previous visit. It was still a very nice experience.

Tyler is so thoughtful and intentional with every application of product, massage technique and even placement of a warm towel. It is the most relaxed I have ever been during a facial. None of the products reacted with my sensitive skin and I left feeling so incredibly hydrated and glowy. The hydrojelly mask is a must have and I so appreciated her thoughtfulness in avoiding the eyes and mouth as the flooding effect some people use would have made me claustrophobic but not everyone would know or want to say that.
