Just had my botox top up after 2 weeks. The initial result were amazing anyway ! The top up is free as it is included as part of your original treatment. The results are so good. I am so so happy with it. My forehead has smoothed out, the texture of the skin has improved and my asymmetrical eyebrow situation is under control now. Love you guys! Thank you so much xxx

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

AMAZING! Michael is so kind, chatty and great at his job! he has taken an effort to get to know me and makes me feel so relaxed at my appointments and always does such a good job (even when i’m nervous) he allowed the appointment to go at my pace and was happy to take a break when i needed it, 10/10 treatment !
