Crystal offered an amazing experience with the head spa treatment, I’ve never felt more pampered! Postpartum scalp care has been a struggle, but now feels so much healthier. John also provided a great blowout at the end of the treatment as well. My scalp and hair have never felt so good!

We had a lovely time celebrating Mother’s Day together. I only recommend that there be separate times for parents needing to bring children into the salt cave. If attending your first time, it definately takes away from being able to enjoy your time when children are just being children and are making noise. The lovely woman that works the desk/sets everyone up with blonde hair very kindly did make things right for us when it came to that issue and we did much appreciate that gesture so all together it was a great experience and a relaxing time. Will be back!

The atmosphere was serene, with soft lighting and the soothing scent of salt in the air. Danielle did my facial, and she was fantastic. Her touch was gentle yet effective, and every step of the treatment left me feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. A new year to make personal improvements in 2025. Working in a very fast pace environment and wearing steel toe boots everyday for 8+ hours. Harder to recover at 36 years of age as opposed to 18, we all need some help, sometimes. The heated foot treatment was extra effective. The cool temperatures of the salt cave, I have found; help to isolate where you might be experiencing pain or discomfort.

Beauty Beyond expectations, my experience at Loft is not unique though. each client is welcomed warmly into a lovely relaxing and comfy waiting area . My hairdresser, Masinda, took me to her chair (well lit, comfortable, elegant) as a ‘ curly hair specialist’’ ; she sure proved it. BEST cut I ever had in my life , with her professional recommendations I was able to buy all high quality products that would keep my hair bouncy, healthy and shiny forever more! Nicest surprise was at checkout, I expected, with all that I gotten to add up to much more money.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I received laser hair removal & my experience was amazing! I had a few surgeries and was worried about discomfort, however, Melannie made my experience so comfortable! It was my first session and experience to receive the treatment, & she walked me through what to expect each step of the way. The woman at the front desk and the staff are welcoming as well. A good experience from reception to treatment

This was the absolute best treatment I have ever had at your salon and I have gone for dozens of treatments. I believe her name was Ryan??? She had butterfly tattoos on her arm. She is very good at what she does and takes pride in her work!!! Just loved her !!!!
