Loretta was lovely, I had quite damaged hair so I came in for a deep conditioning and she brushed my tangles so delicately which I was really appreciative for. The only reason it wasn't 5 star was because my sensitive skin had a reaction to the lash tinting. It was my first time so I don't blame the salon at all.

Always a pleasure to do my hair and nails at Sasha Salon. All the stylists and technicians are well skilled and friendly.

Service with Doreen is always excellent. But there is a new lady with glasses , at reception who dampens the experience. From phone etiquette, to walking into treatment room whilst for no reason whilst client is getting changed. Some training is needed there.

The salon is fantastic! Every treatment I have had so far has been 5 star. Highly recommend the brunch hair and make-up service.
